A "new" old TV interview with Hope & David turned up on you tube. Check the main "Mazzy Star Vintage Interviews" thread at this site for a transcript of the interview from June or July, 1994. transcribed from a TV interview with Hope & David from ITV Network, UK, The Big E show, plus screenshots. The video clips findable on you tube of Mazzy Star's July 9, 1994 appearance on Later...With Jools Holland BBC TV show have been ones with Jools' own intros and comments removed. Mazzy Star performed two songs on that show, Blue Flower and "Fade...". I recently uploaded to my own yt channel the two video clips of those songs with Jools own appearance restored to them, here:

The video shots of Laura Levine in 1984 were obviously later taken by Rough Trade for promotion of Opal's Early Recordings in 1989.

I don't recall seeing that Empty Box Blues video before. I must have missed it at the FB group. There's no indication from David Morgan (opalstardream) or in the yt info shown on the link preview that it's video footage instead of just the song with a photo or slide show. It probably would have gotten more views otherwise.
