Mazzy Star street art?

Hi, came across this piece. Does anyone else think it looks like Hope? The falling "stars" on the left seem to suggest it is and not just a coincidence. maybe i'm just obsessed

I had already seen Mazzy Star inspired tattoos but I had never come across Mazzy Star-related body paintings :o
