Is the boredteky so easily bored he also got bored with the idea of posting a personal review of the Philly show? Or did he have such a disappointing experience he doesn't want to discuss it now?

Of seven show recordings I've heard from the Nov.,2013 tour so far, the Philly one's the worst
because it's marred by loud talkers having conversations during songs. Of course, it's possible the taper
just had the misfortune of being in a particularly noisy part of the hall, except a youtube commenter who also attended the Philly show confirms the audience was disrespectfully loud during songs. Way to go Philly.

To me, the Philly show was so much better than the one in NY! The acoustics at Union Transfer are awesome and I thought the audience was cool too. However, I was front and center (as I had learned from the NY show that Hope doesn't look around much), so that might have had something to do with it.

After hearing them in Philly I went and got myself a pair of studio headphones with flat output -definitely worth it!
Psychic Ills were great too, and I was even gonna get a t-shirt, but those looked a bit boring so I decided to show my appreciation by attending some of their shows in the future. Mazzy Star on the other hand was sold out on shirts by the time they made it to Philly.

Interesting you found Philly more enjoyable than NYC, 'cause of the recordings that have turned up of those two shows, NYC sounds better as a recording. Luckily you found a part of the Philly venue with fewer loud talkers (makes a big difference)!
