Given Hope's reluctance to be in the spotlight, it's hard to imagine her play in movie, especially as a female fighter in a martial arts/action movie.
I don't think she would accept a part in a Hollywood superhero movie either since she described the Batman For Ever movie (whose soundtrack includes Mazzy Star's song "Tell me now") as "horrible" and left the movie premiere after five minutes.
I don't know her favorite movie genres but I read she admired the work of Russian director Yuri Norstein:

Good on her for walking out on that one. I sat through it, but with all of the comic book films out there these days, it really is overdone, most of them bordering on cliche or patriotic drivel, or both.
